Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ScoutEdge platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ScoutEdge platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

User Accounts

If you create an account on ScoutEdge, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Content Ownership

By uploading videos or performance data to ScoutEdge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of:

  • Computing SE-R scores and performance metrics
  • Sharing with scouts and academies (with your consent)
  • Improving our AI models (anonymized data)
  • Providing services to you

You retain ownership of your content and can request deletion at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the functionality of the platform

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScoutEdge, nor its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of the use of the platform. The services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

Changes to Terms

ScoutEdge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform.
